manufacture, and install customized retail store xtures, shop-ts, and commercial interior spaces across India.
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Execu¢ve to organize, track, and maintain opera¢onal and nancial data. You
will work closely with project managers and procurement teams to maintain daily reports, track costs against
budgets, and create clear dashboards for senior management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on site progress, factory produc¢on, and project ¢melines.
Maintain central Excel trackers for material requisi¢ons, site expenditures, and inventory movement.
Track project budgets versus actual spending to highlight cost overruns and variances.
Consolidate client billing records, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.
Build simple, clear Excel dashboards for execu¢ve management reviews.
Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to gather accurate opera¢onal data.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Educa¢on: Bachelors degree.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in data reporting, or MIS roles.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables).
