Mis Executive

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
2. Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from various departments.
3. Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and management reports.
4. Monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs) and track operational performance.
5. Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
6. Automate repetitive reporting processes to improve efficiency.
7. Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
8. Generate ad-hoc reports and provide analytical support to management.
9. Prepare performance reports, trend analysis, and variance reports.
10. Ensure timely submission of reports as per defined reporting schedules.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc.).
• Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
• Experience in preparing MIS reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant MIS or data management experience will be preferred.

Preferred Experience :

• 2-5 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Management, or Operations.
• Hands-on experience in preparing large-scale Excel reports and dashboards.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
