Mis Executive

1.Vehicle Tracking and Monitoring:

Track and monitor the movement of client vehicles across different locations.

Ensure real-time updates on vehicle positions, stoppages, dispatch times, and plant arrival times.

2.Reporting:

Generate and maintain comprehensive reports on vehicle activities, emphasizing key metrics such as delivery times and routes.

Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports for analysis and decision-making purposes.

3.Suspicious Activity Monitoring:

Proactively identify and report any suspicious activities related to vehicle movements. Collaborate with the security team to address and investigate any anomalies promptly.

4.Communication:

Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their vehicles' whereabouts and status.

Report any delays or issues promptly and suggest corrective actions.

5.Senior Management Reporting:

Provide regular updates to senior management on key performance indicators, challenges, and potential improvements in the logistics process. 6.Technology Utilization:

Utilize advanced MIS tools and software to effectively track and manage vehicle movements. Stay updated on the latest technologies in the logistics and tracking industry to enhance efficiency.

7.Problem Resolution:

Identify and resolve any discrepancies in the tracking data promptly.

Collaborate with the operations team to address any issues affecting the logistics process.

8.Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all tracking activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

1.Previous experience in MIS or logistics-related roles is preferred.

2.Proficient in using MIS tools, Excel, and other relevant software.
