Role & responsibilities

• Data Collection & Verification: Gather candidate enrollment, attendance, training progress, and assessment data from various vocational training centers (VTCs)
• Scheme Portal Management: Regularly update and reconcile data on central or state government portals (such as Kaushal Panjee, MRIGS, or DDU-GKY MPR).
• Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor candidate progression across mobilization, counseling, batch creation, classroom attendance, third-party assessments, certification, placement, and post-placement retention.
• Report Generation: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for project directors, funding agencies, and state/central government bodies.
• Audit & Compliance Support: Maintain candidate-wise physical and digital dossiers, verify supporting documents before submission, and ensure compliance with scheme guidelines
• Discrepancy & Gap Analysis: Highlight target-versus-achievement gaps, drop-out trends, or delayed data entries to project managers and center heads.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the technical bridge between field mobilizers, center managers, trainers, placement officers, and state-level mission offices.
