MIS Executive

Job Summary

Mortex Group is looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support the Logistics department by managing data, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate record maintenance. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, comfortable handling large datasets, and capable of generating timely MIS reports to support operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the transport and logistics function.
• Manage data entry, record keeping, and report generation with high accuracy.
• Monitor transportation-related data, vehicle movement records, and operational metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect, validate, and update information.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure data integrity and timely submission of management reports.
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in MIS reporting, data management, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas, Data Analysis).
• Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Confident personality with strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in Logistics, Transport, or Supply Chain operations will be an added advantage.
