Mis Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, verify, and consolidate data from different departments/stores.
• Maintain sales, inventory, stock, attendance, and operational reports.
• Track and analyze retail sales and store performance.
• Prepare dashboards and management reports for decision-making.
• Perform data analysis using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, etc.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Coordinate with retail/store teams to collect required information.
• Maintain proper records and update MIS databases regularly.
• Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight important trends.
• Support the management team with data-driven insights.
