About this role
Enter vouchers in Tally with multiple inventory line items (GST & IGST). Prepare invoices, sales orders, delivery challans, approval DCs, and credit notes. Manage purchase bills, purchase orders, purchase receipts, and job work (in/out). Handle online banking, vendor payments, utility bills, and credit card entries. Draft emails, letters, and respond to correspondence. Perform ledger reconciliations and TDS management. Maintain cash book, bank book, and perform bill-wise matching. Conduct GSTR 2B reconciliation and ensure compliance. Maintain address book in Tally & Excel; ensure proper filing and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting.
2–4 years of accounting experience (retail/textile preferred).
Proficiency in Tally ERP & MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of GST/IGST, TDS, and reconciliation.
Languages: Kannada, English, Hindi.
