About this role
Job Duties
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments.
- Generate data-driven reports and dashboards for operational and management review.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data maintained in reports.
- Support management with data analysis for decision-making.
- Develop and improve MIS reporting formats and systems for better efficiency.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect timely and accurate data.
- Identify data discrepancies and resolve inconsistencies in reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and backups of MIS reports

Job/Knowledge Requirements - Any Graduate with Mathematics background
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Proficiency in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and data analysis functions
- 3-4 years Working Experience as MIS.
- Thorough knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- Excellent in creating schedules and tracking data.
- Excellent in administration and coordination
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
