Mis Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for banking products.
• Maintain and update sales, login, disbursement, and business performance data.
• Track team-wise and individual sales targets and achievements.
• Collect, verify, and consolidate data from different teams and branches.
• Prepare dashboards and performance reports for management review.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
• Maintain records of Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and other banking products.
• Coordinate with sales teams, branch managers, and internal departments for data updates.
• Identify data discrepancies and resolve reporting-related issues.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and data-management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 13 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Freshers with strong Excel skills may also be considered, depending on the company's requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Accuracy of reports and data.
• Timely submission of daily and monthly MIS.
• Quality of dashboards and reporting.
• Effective tracking of sales performance.
• Timely resolution of data discrepancies.

Preferred Candidate: A candidate with strong Excel skills, reporting experience, and knowledge of banking sales data, preferably across Home Loans, Personal Loans, or other banking products.
