Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive for our BPO process who can manage call reports, performance dashboards, and operational data to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain and analyze call center data, agent productivity, and performance reports.
• Generate reports using Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including calls, conversions, productivity, and targets.
• Prepare dashboards and share performance reports with management.
• Analyze data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
• Work with dialer/CRM reports, preferably Ameyo (Drishti).
• Coordinate with operations and team leaders for data collection and reporting.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and data analysis.
• Experience in MIS reporting in a BPO/call center environment.
• Knowledge of dialer reports, CRM, and performance dashboards.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle large datasets and meet reporting deadlines.

Education

Graduate in any discipline.
