Mis Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive for the Accounts department to manage financial data, prepare MIS reports, maintain records, and support the accounts team in data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, analytical abilities, and a good understanding of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to accounts and finance.
• Maintain and update financial data, expense records, payment details, and transaction reports.
• Reconcile data related to invoices, payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.
• Prepare reports on accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and collections.
• Verify financial data for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the accounts and finance teams for data collection and reporting.
• Maintain Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and financial databases.
• Generate reports for management review and support decision-making.
• Assist with bank reconciliation, invoice tracking, and month-end reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably within Accounts & Finance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and data formatting.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reconciliation.
• Experience with Tally, ERP software, or accounting systems will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
