Mis Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Maintain MIS trackers, databases, and reporting files with high accuracy.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards as per business requirements.
• Perform data reconciliation and identify data discrepancies.
• Coordinate with different teams to collect and validate required data.
• Ensure timely circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain historical data and reporting records for future reference.
• Automate repetitive reporting activities wherever possible.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements.
• Follow defined SOPs and ensure data confidentiality and accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile

• 13 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, or Business Operations.
• Strong Excel proficiency with practical reporting experience.
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data.
• Able to independently manage recurring reports and follow reporting timelines.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve and automate manual processes.

Must Have:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good understanding of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, and conditional formatting.
• Experience in handling large datasets.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
