Mis Executive

Promark Advertising LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible MIS executive to manage data, prepare reports, maintain CRM records, and support the management team with accurate business information.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, CRM tools, reporting formats, and daily data management. This role requires accuracy, speed, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple reports and trackers on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Maintain and update CRM data, client records, sales reports, and internal trackers
• Work on advanced MS Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, data validation, and conditional formatting
• Collect, verify, and organize data from different internal teams
• Prepare reports related to sales, operations, leads, performance, attendance, and other business requirements
• Analyze data and highlight important trends, gaps, errors, or pending tasks
• Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting sheets
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
• Coordinate with team members for timely report submission and data updates
• Support management with ad hoc reports, summaries, and presentations

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel is mandatory
• Knowledge of CRM systems is required
• Prior experience in MIS, data reporting, operations reporting, or business coordination preferred
• Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Office, and reporting formats
• Ability to manage large data sets accurately
• Good communication and follow-up skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in advertising, marketing, sales, or service-based business reporting
• Ability to create dashboards and automated reports
• Basic understanding of lead tracking, sales reporting, and performance reports
