Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, verify, and analyze data from different departments.
• Maintain Excel trackers, databases, and operational records.
• Prepare reports on recruitment, attendance, employee data, productivity, and other business requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
• Generate dashboards and presentations using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with different teams to collect required data.
• Monitor and update daily performance and operational trackers.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned teams for corrections.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Support management with data analysis and regular reports.
• Handle ad-hoc reports and data requirements as requested by management.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, formulas, etc.
• Good data management and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and other MS Office tools.
