Mis Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, verify, and analyze sales and business data.
• Prepare sales, target vs. achievement, distributor, retailer, and stock reports.
• Maintain accurate records in Excel and other reporting systems.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Management teams for required data.
• Monitor sales performance and highlight gaps or discrepancies.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for management review.
• Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports.
• Maintain and update databases and records regularly.
• Support management with data analysis and other reporting requirements.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prepare reports within deadlines.
• Knowledge of MIS/ERP software will be an advantage.
