Job description:

• Collecting information about the technical requirements that each department must meet
• Developing and evaluating computer systems that satisfy company requirements
• Supplying resources and training required for subordinates to install and maintain new software programmes
• Assessing the efficiency of computer systems and enhancing them as necessary
• Creating MIS documentation to facilitate efficient operations and simple system upkeep
• Ensuring the privacy of all customers, employees and company records
• Excellent decision-making abilities
• Ability to oversee multiple projects at once
• Proficiency in speaking with persons from various commercial and technology backgrounds
• Excellent practical knowledge of MIS tools, programmes, and ideas like ERP, CRM, ERP, etc.
• Outstanding leadership and time management abilities
• Excellent diagnostic abilities and meticulous attention to detail

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), with the ability to work with databases and reporting tools.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting, including preparing dashboards, summaries, and performance reports.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with ERP or project management software is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.
• Experience in infrastructure, construction, or utilities sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.
