Mis Executive

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing and managing reports, analyzing business data, and supporting management with timely insights for decision-making. The role also includes providing administrative and coordination support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain databases, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Track key business metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Generate reports and presentations for management review.
• Support in data reconciliation, record maintenance, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely closure.
• Assist senior management with presentations, communication, and administrative tasks.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting or executive support.
