Mis Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proficient MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and maintain organizational data and reports. The candidate should preferably have experience in the Construction or Real Estate industry and possess strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments and project sites.
• Prepare project-wise, department-wise, and management reports.
• Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely data updates.
• Coordinate with Project, Accounts, HR, Procurement, and other departments for required information.
• Prepare dashboards, trackers, and presentations for management review.
• Monitor data accuracy and highlight discrepancies.
• Generate reports related to project progress, manpower, billing, procurement, and other operational activities.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in MIS, preferably in Construction or Real Estate.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
• Good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.
