MIS Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain complex Excel reports, dashboards, and datasets using advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, HLOOKUPs, macros, etc.
• Design and implement data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders through Power BI or Dynamics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for reporting needs and develop solutions that meet business objectives.
• Troubleshoot issues related to report development, data quality, and performance optimization.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in an MIS role with expertise in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, HLOOKUPs).
• Proficiency in creating complex reports using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) as well as other tools like Power Query/Power BI/Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of SQL concepts including joins, aggregations, subqueries; ability to write simple queries for data retrieval.
