Role & responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance using advanced excel skills.
• Enter data accurately into the system with high speed and efficiency.
• Utilize VLOOKUP functions to analyze and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
• Create complex formulas and macros to streamline report generation processes.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas of improvement in MIS reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry (BPO/Call Centre).
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, charts, graphs, H/V lookup, conditional formatting etc.
• Excellent English communication skills for clear documentation and presentation.
