Roles and Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced Excel formulas such as HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF to analyze data and create reports.
  
• Create Pivot Tables and Pivots to summarize large datasets into meaningful insights.
  
• Apply conditional formatting and sorting techniques to visualize complex data sets.
  
• Manage dialer campaigns, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on calls made.
  
• Should be able to do bifurcation or train the data, Atterton, Shrinkage, Agent wise report making.
