• Campaign alignment - Cities run multiple discounting campaigns every other day, largely on FVO and UD constructs. FVO configuration is complex and error-prone at the city level, generating hundreds of support requests to our team every week. Each campaign drives a good IOPD per city, so accuracy here directly protects revenue. Template creation 

• The Marketing Dashboard runs on predefined templates, but with 1 lakh+ restaurant partners experimenting with varied constructs (MOV + capping combinations, user-segment offers, custom coupons), new use cases come up constantly and each needs a fresh template. Minor errors translate into significant burn. This is neither predictable nor automatable and sits entirely with the RDPO team.

• Social media escalations -  A few hundred discount-related escalations every week, currently handled end to end by Ashwini: identifying the source, mapping to the right project, coordinating with project managers, and driving closure including refunds. This relies on human judgment and directly affects brand perception and NPS. 

• Other critical asks - Urgent city discount requests, fund deployments bypassing SDPO norms, and topical visibility allocation and configuration alignment
