Job Role

We are looking for a skilled MIS Executive for our corporate office at Udyog Vihar, Gurugram. The role involves managing data systems, generating insightful reports, and supporting business decision-making across sales, product, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and maintaining MIS dashboards for real-time business tracking.
• Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, stock availability, and product-wise distribution.
• Conducting Target vs. Achievement analysis for various regions and models.
• Performing Primary & Secondary Sales Analysis, along with B2B sales tracking.
• Monitoring hourly sales and stock data during new product launches.
• Consolidating data from multiple sources, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights to management.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) for data requirements and reporting.
• Automating repetitive reporting tasks using Excel Macros / VBA where possible.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA (Any specialization) – mandatory.
• 1–4 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Business Reporting roles.
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel – must have strong command over:
  
• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP / HLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables & Power Pivot
• Advanced Formulas (IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, INDEX-MATCH)
• Macros / VBA (good to have)
• Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SQL is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data to senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
