Mis Executive

Collect, compile, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Maintain and update company databases and spreadsheets.
• Generate reports using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or MIS software.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Support different departments with required reports and data analysis.
• Track business performance metrics and highlight discrepancies.
• Create dashboards, charts, and presentations for management review.
• Identify trends and provide insights based on data analysis.
• Coordinate with teams to gather required information for reports.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Good understanding of data analysis and reporting
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with large datasets
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of MIS reporting systems or CRM tools
