MIS Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive / Jr. Data Analyst to support day-to-day reporting, data management, analysis, and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, preparing reports, and using Excel/Google Sheets to improve efficiency and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Role & responsibilities :-

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Collect, organize, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Manage and maintain Google Sheets and Excel-based trackers.
• Create reports using formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and other advanced Excel functions.
• Track key performance metrics and highlight important trends, gaps, and insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
• Support various teams with data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify repetitive tasks through automation and AI tools.
• Work with Zoho ERP and automation workflows as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure reports are updated as per defined timelines.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis based on business requirements.

Required Skills:-

• Good knowledge of Google Sheets and Advanced Excel.
• Strong understanding of MIS reporting and data management.
• Basic understanding and practical interest in AI tools.
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
