MIS Executive (US Process)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support business operations through effective management of reports, dashboards, and performance data. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a US process environment and possess strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and Excel-based MIS management.

Role & responsibilities :

• Prepare, maintain, and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Analyze business data and generate actionable insights for management.
• Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.
• Monitor key operational metrics and identify trends or discrepancies.
• Work closely with operations, recruitment, and management teams to support business requirements.
• Generate ad hoc reports as required by stakeholders.
• Automate reports and improve reporting processes for efficiency.
• Handle large datasets and perform data validation and reconciliation.
• Support management with forecasting, productivity analysis, and performance tracking.

Work Location: Greater Noida West.

Mandatory Requirements

• 2 -5 years of experience in MIS Reporting.
• Experience working in a US Process is mandatory.
• Strong command over Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Compensation & Benefits
