MIS Executive - Solar O&M

Job Summary

Support the Solar O&M team by preparing Daily Generation Reports (DGRs), MIS reports, SCADA-based performance monitoring, client documentation, and operational data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor string-level performance through SCADA and identify generation abnormalities
• Prepare and validate Daily Generation Reports (DGRs)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards
• Maintain plant-wise performance records, trackers, and historical data
• Validate SCADA data against generation records and highlight discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain client reports and O&M documentation
• Coordinate with site engineers and the Technical Analyst for data collection and issue resolution
• Support internal teams with client deliverables and operational reports
• Maintain accurate documentation and report repositories
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, and templates

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or equivalent
• Basic understanding of solar power plant operations
• Basic knowledge of SCADA is an advantage

Skills

• MS Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, and basic formulas
• Strong analytical and data validation skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with large datasets and meet reporting deadlines
• Good coordination and organizational skills
