MIS Executive Sales Order Processing

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in SAP SD Sales Order Processing, order placement, MIS reporting, and order tracking. The candidate will coordinate with Sales, PPIC, and SAP MDM teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing and smooth execution of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales orders in SAP SD, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Handle CDMO business order placement and order tracking.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with relevant teams for timely order fulfilment.
• Manage Material Master-related activities in coordination with the SAP MDM team.
• Process sales order amendments and ensure data accuracy in SAP.
• Coordinate with Sales, PPIC, and SAP MDM teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of sales orders and related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD), particularly Sales Order Processing.
• Knowledge of CDMO business order placement and processing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and order tracking.
• Understanding of Material Master Management and sales order amendments.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders efficiently.
