Hiring: Analytics & MIS Executive (RFM Analysis)

Santacruz, Mumbai | Up to 12 LPA

Industry Preference: Luxury Hospitality | Wellness | Luxury Retail

About the Role:

Looking for an Analytics & MIS professional to manage business reporting, dashboards and data-driven insights across revenue, customer and operational performance for a luxury wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports
• Track revenue, inventory, productivity and business performance
• Conduct customer segmentation and RFM Analysis
• Analyze customer retention, repeat visits, memberships and NPS
• Build management dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets & Power BI
• Generate insights from Zenoti and other business systems
• Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to management

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in MIS, Analytics, BI or Reporting
• Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables, Power Query & dashboards
• Power BI/Tableau and SQL knowledge preferred
• Zenoti experience will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills.
