Mis Executive (On Payroll of Quess Corp Limited)

Role & responsibilities

• Data Management & Reporting
• Collect data from various departments and maintain centralized databases.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc MIS reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports.
• Generate dashboards and performance scorecards for management review.

• Data Analysis
• Analyze business trends, operational metrics, and performance indicators.
• Identify gaps, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through data insights.
• Provide analytical support for business reviews and strategic initiatives.

• Database Maintenance
• Maintain and update MIS systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Ensure proper data backup, security, and record management.
• Perform data validation and cleansing activities.

• Management Support
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership reviews.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, manpower tracking, productivity analysis, and operational reviews.
• Track action items and report progress against targets.

• Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely submission of data.
• Resolve data discrepancies and ensure reporting adherence.

Preferred candidate profile

• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Macros preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Data management and reporting expertise
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
