Mis Executive - Offroll

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports on recruitment, attrition, and headcount.
• Analyze HR data and generate dashboards for management review.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports to stakeholders.
• Support HR audits and compliance through proper data management.
• Collaborate with HR teams for data collection and process improvements.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) and data analysis.
• Knowledge of HR processes and reporting standards.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle large datasets
