MIS Executive - Mumbai

We are looking for analytical and detail-oriented candidates to assist in MIS Reporting, Receivables Management, and Financial Analytics. This is a critical role that ensures accuracy in Oracle ERP data entries, provisioning calculations, and DSO tracking. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain deep exposure to financial analytics, aging analysis, and compliance across large-scale business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and validate system entries from Oracle ERP to ensure end-to-end data integrity and accuracy across financial records.
• Prepare and analyze Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports to track overdue balances, customer payment trends, and outstanding receivables.
• Calculate and monitor Provisions for Bad Debts in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Track and evaluate DSO metrics to identify working capital bottlenecks and improve cash flow performance. Perform cross-validation between billed revenue, collections, and sub-ledger entries to identify discrepancies and rectify ledger mismatches.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, and Collections teams to resolve disputed invoices, streamline payment reconciliations, and update management on risk exposure.
• Maintain standardized MIS dashboards and generate weekly/monthly financial reports for leadership following standard operating procedures.
