Job Summary

We are hiring an MIS Executive to support our Operations team with MIS reporting, data management, dashboard preparation and coordination with Sales & Collections teams. The candidate should have strong Excel skills, good numerical ability and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

- Maintain Excel trackers, dashboards and operational reports.

- Work extensively on VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX-MATCH, filters and data validation.

- Collect, consolidate and verify data from internal teams.

- Coordinate with Sales, Collections and Operations teams for data and reporting requirements.

- Handle client/stakeholder coordination through calls and provide required updates/information.

- Follow up with relevant stakeholders for pending data, discrepancies and report closures.

- Identify data mismatches and coordinate for timely corrections.

- Prepare performance, productivity, target vs. achievement and other business reports.

- Support management with ad-hoc MIS and data reports whenever required.

- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.

Required Skills

- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.

- VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and INDEX-MATCH are mandatory.

- Good analytical and numerical skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable handling calls and stakeholder/client coordination.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

- Ability to manage multiple reports and tasks simultaneously.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 0–6 years of experience in MIS, reporting, operations or data management.

- Freshers with strong practical Excel knowledge may also apply.

- Experience in NBFC, BFSI, Fintech, Sales or Collections will be an advantage.

- Kannada speaking is mandatory.
