Mis Executive | Health Claims

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to claim operations.
• Track claim volumes, pendency, TAT, productivity, and accuracy metrics.
• Analyze claim data and generate dashboards for management review.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and highlight trends, gaps, and exceptions.
• Extract, compile, and validate data from claim management systems.
• Coordinate with operations teams for data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives for reporting requirements.
• Support audit, compliance, and business review activities through data analysis.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, MBA preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis, preferably in insurance/health claims.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Dashboards, Power Query preferred).
• Working knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools will be an advantage.
