About the Role
The MIS Executive will support the E-commerce Marketing team in day-to-day operations and reporting activities. 
The role involves managing product listings, coordinating with creative agencies, handling operations and financial processes, and providing analytical insights to enhance campaign efficiency.


Key Responsibilities


-Assist in listing new products across e-commerce platforms with accurate data and creative assets.
-Conduct data analysis and reporting on marketing and operational performance metrics.
-Coordinate with external agencies for display banners, infographics, and OPS creatives to ensure timely delivery.Manage invoice and purchase order processing in SAP and Zoho systems.
-Maintain records, trackers, and dashboards for marketing initiatives and operations.
-Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams for seamless campaign execution.-
Support the marketing team with ad-hoc data requirements and performance reports.
-Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and campaign budgets is an added advantage.


Qualifications and Skills
-Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in MIS, e-commerce, or marketing operations.
-Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.-
Working knowledge of SAP and Zoho preferred.
-Detail-oriented with strong coordination and time management skills.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.


Good to Have
-Awareness of digital marketing platforms and basic campaign analytics.
-Experience in managing creative agency deliverables.
