• Position: MIS Executive / Back Office Executive
• Experience: Minimum 5 Years
• Salary (CTC): Up to 20,000 per month
• Job Location: Sector V, Kolkata
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Industry Preference: Real Estate / Banking / Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly and Quarterly MIS reports.
• Prepare and maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) reports.
• Verify customer and business documents with accuracy.
• Maintain and update databases and records.
• Generate analytical reports for management review.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely data collection and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
• Support management with business reporting and operational analysis.

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• VLOOKUP
• HLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables
• Conditional Formatting
• IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP (preferred)
• Data Validation and Excel formulas
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MIS Reporting or Back Office Operations.
• Experience in the Real Estate, Banking or Finance industry will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
