Position: MIS Cum Payroll Process Executive

Responsibilities

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, Advanced Formulas, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, and data analysis techniques.
• Process and manage payroll data while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, and salary records.
• Prepare salary sheets, full final settlements, and reimbursement statements.
• Prepare, maintain, and update Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to support business reporting and decision-making.
• Manage and maintain HRMS software, including attendance, leave management, employee records, and payroll-related support.
• Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and stakeholders.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and provide data insights as per business requirements.
• Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely updating of employee and operational records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect, verify, and analyze data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and efficient reporting.

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing and HRMS software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in MIS reporting, payroll processing, or HR operations.
