Role & responsibilities

Responsible for supporting Warranty Claim Coordinator

Will be responsible for making MIS Reports - Daily, Weekly & KPI related reports

Will be responsible for doing validation of Vendor billing

Will be responsible for taking approvals of system triggered out-warranty jobs CRM system as per SOPs.

Will be responsible for taking the follow-up & Coordinate with the field team / multiple departments.

Understand the warranty basis logics of customer durable industry for repair.

Will be responsible for generation of Reports - Daily, Weekly & KPI related reports.

Handy with the working in CRM system

Preferred candidate profile

Must have excellent communication skills (English & Local language)

Should be Good in excel & coordination

Creative problem solving skills

Active learner
