Mis Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional for the role of Legal MIS Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining legal MIS data, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate tracking of legal cases and related activities along with vendor code creation, vendor billing process and other legal vendor related activities.  

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to legal operations.
• Coordinate with legal, collection, and operations teams for data tracking and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of legal cases, notices, settlements, and recovery status.
• Ensure timely updating of data in Excel and internal systems.
• Analyze data and share actionable insights with management.
• Support in audit, compliance, and documentation activities.
• Follow up with stakeholders for pending updates and data accuracy.
• Handle basic administrative and coordination activities related to legal MIS.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas, data handling, etc.)
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with large data sets and maintain accuracy.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Preference will be given to candidates having basic legal knowledge or experience in NBFC/Banking industry.
• Candidates with strong Excel knowledge may also apply even without legal background.
