Mis Coordinator - Technical - Credit

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring technical operations and projects.
• Strong in MIS management, co-ordination.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for national and regional meetings.
• Support communication between technical teams and the head office.
• Maintain and update technical databases, records, and KPIs.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and technical evaluations.
• Help manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements.
• Track technical issues and support problem resolution with internal teams.
• Assist in compliance audits, risk assessments, and implementation of safety protocols.

Assist in day to day work for smooth co-ordination of HO and the team at the ground. .

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree
• 2--4 years experience in support, project coordination, administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of industry-specific tools or compliance standards.
• Experience supporting high-level managers or cross-functional teams.
