Job Title - MIS Associate(Sales Support)

Location - Head Office, New Delhi (Nangal Raya)

Employment Type - Full-Time/Off-roll

Experience - 1-3 years in MIS, sales reporting or data analysis

Qualification - Diploma, any graduate

Role Purpose

The MIS Associate gives the sales team accurate, on-time data to track targets and make decisions. The role builds and maintains daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards across zones, regions and channels. It also supports the field sales team with order, scheme and incentive data.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports: primary and secondary sales, target vs achievement, growth and collections.
• Build and maintain dashboards by zone, region, territory, product category and channel (dealers, retailers, projects, distributors).
• Track sales team performance against targets and share variance reports with sales leadership.
• Prepare MIS decks and data packs for monthly business reviews and management meetings.
• Pull order, dispatch, outstanding and inventory data from ERP/SAP and share it with field sales teams.
• Track schemes, discounts and dealer incentive programs; calculate payouts and validate claims.
• Support sales incentive calculations for the field team in coordination with HR and Finance.
• Maintain dealer and customer master data and keep it updated.

Skills and Competencies

• Advanced MS Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, conditional formatting, charts.
• Working knowledge of SAP or another ERP for sales and dispatch data.
• MS PowerPoint for management presentations.
• Good to have: Power BI or Tableau, Excel macros/VBA, Power Query, basic SQL.
