MIS and Store Executive

Key Responsibilities

Store Management

• Receive, inspect, and store materials, equipment, and supplies
• Maintain optimal stock levels through regular inventory audits
• Implement stock rotation procedures (FIFO/LIFO)
• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement
• Process purchase requisitions and maintain vendor records
• Issue materials to departments based on authorized requests
• Monitor and control inventory shrinkage and wastage

MIS and Reporting

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
• Maintain accurate databases of all store transactions
• Prepare analytical reports on stock turnover rates and consumption patterns
• Identify slow-moving and obsolete inventory
• Create dashboards and visual presentations for management
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory management
• Ensure data accuracy across all systems
• Analyze trends and provide insights for decision-making
