MIS and Data Analytics Executive

We are looking for an MIS and Data Analytics Executive with at least 3 years of relevant experience to turn operational data into accurate reports, clear dashboards and practical insights. You will support management decisions through timely reporting, performance analysis and improvements to our reporting processes and internal systems.

The role combines hands-on data analysis with workforce reporting, coordination with our Technology team and preparation of management and client review materials. It requires strong Excel, SQL and data visualisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to explain findings clearly to business stakeholders.

The work and what our teams do: Our team of life-science researchers build and maintain a curated intelligence database of drugs, clinical trials, deals and companies for a leading global pharma intelligence platform. This role supports those operations by consolidating information from internal systems and trackers, analysing delivery and quality performance, and helping managers plan capacity and address operational gaps. You will work closely with Operations, Quality and Technology teams to improve the reliability and usefulness of business information.
