Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support data management, reporting, dashboard preparation, and business analysis. The role involves consolidating data from multiple sources, maintaining accurate reports, tracking key performance indicators, and providing timely insights to support business and operational decision-making.

This is a contractual position for an initial period of 8–10 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, trackers, and performance summaries.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify data discrepancies, and highlight trends or exceptions.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency using advanced Excel functions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and respective departments to obtain data and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain structured databases and ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
• Support management reviews by preparing presentations, data summaries, and actionable insights.
• Track pending activities, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure adherence to reporting timelines.
• Undertake additional reporting and data-related assignments as required by the department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data management, reporting analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, data cleaning, and report formatting.
• Experience in preparing dashboards, trackers, and management reports.
• Knowledge of Power BI and basic data visualization will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working in a corporate, healthcare, hospital, or large multi-location organization is preferred.
• Comfortable handling large datasets and repetitive reporting activities with accuracy.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
