Job Title: MIS Analyst (AA+)

Location: Kolkata

Shift: Australian Shift (Starting from 3:30 AM)

Key Skills Required:

• 2-4 years of experience in MIS Reporting and Data Analytics.
• Strong reporting and dashboarding experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros preferred).
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple reports and meet tight deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reporting activities accurately and within defined timelines.
• Prepare and maintain operational performance dashboards and management reports.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Develop and enhance MIS reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Prepare presentations for MBR (Monthly Business Review), QBR (Quarterly Business Review), and ABR meetings.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests from stakeholders.

Mandatory Screening Criteria

• 2-4 years of relevant MIS/Reporting experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Comfortable working in Australian shifts (3:30 AM onwards).
