Mis Analyst

About The Company

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Analyst to manage data, prepare reports, analyze business performance, and provide accurate information to support decision-making. The candidate should have strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage large datasets while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from various departments.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and IF formulas.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and operational performance.
• Maintain accurate databases, trackers, and reporting sheets.
• Automate repetitive reports and improve reporting efficiency wherever possible.
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow company reporting standards.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Knowledge of Pivot Tables, lookup formulas, conditional formatting, and data validation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other reporting tools will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline, preferably B.Com, BBA, BCA, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience

• 13 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or reporting operations.
