Mis Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Write complex SQL queries across large, multi-source datasets to surface insights that drive strategy and operations
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting pipelines that are trusted, reliable, and self-serve
• Apply AI and ML techniques including LLM-powered tooling to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and build novel analytical products
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to translate messy, ambiguous problems into clear, measurable analysis
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike — in writing, in slides, and in conversation
• Own your work end-to-end: from scoping and data collection through to recommendation and follow-through

Preferred candidate profile

• Medium to Advanced SQL — window functions, CTEs, query optimisation, schema design intuition
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or building lightweight AI-augmented workflows
• Proficiency in Python or R for data wrangling, scripting, and modelling
• Solid grasp of statistical fundamentals: distributions, significance testing, cohort and funnel analysis
