MIS Analyst - AR (US Healthcare Medical Billing) !!!

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in MIS reporting for Accounts Receivable (AR) within the US Healthcare Medical Billing domain.
• Strong expertise in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards).
• Experience in preparing operational and management reports for AR teams.
• Willingness to work in Night Shift (US Shift).
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly AR MIS reports.
• Track AR performance metrics, productivity, collections, aging, and denial trends.
• Create dashboards and provide actionable insights to operations leadership.
• Perform data validation, analysis, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, and business reviews.
