MIS (AM/DM/Manager/Sr Manager) - Luxury Villas

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Sales, Presales, CP Sales, Marketing, and other business functions.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Maintain and update business trackers, dashboards, and management reports.
• Prepare performance reports covering sales, leads, conversions, manpower, productivity, revenue, and targets.
• Monitor actual performance against targets and highlight gaps or deviations.
• Develop automated reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across different reports and databases.
• Work closely with Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to collect and validate data.
• Provide management with relevant data insights and actionable analysis.
• Maintain historical databases and ensure proper documentation of reports.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate existing reporting processes.
• Handle ad-hoc data analysis and reports as required by senior management.
• Ensure timely submission of all scheduled reports
