Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS – Accounts Executive for a company in the Gems & Jewellery industry. The candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in accounts-related activities, working knowledge of Tally, and good Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Handle basic accounting entries and maintain financial records.
• Work on Tally for accounting entries and record maintenance.
• Maintain sales, purchase, expense, and payment reports.
• Verify invoices, bills, and other accounting documents.
• Update Excel sheets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Assist with basic reconciliation and day-to-day accounting activities.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for timely reporting and documentation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts, MIS, or a related role.
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

• B.Com or any relevant commerce qualification preferred.
• Candidates with experience as an Accounts Assistant, MIS Executive, Accounts Executive, or Billing Executive may apply.
• Must be comfortable working at Kalbadevi, Mumbai.
